My objective with this book was to create and share recipes that were not only high in protein but included everyday kitchen basics. Without too many pots, pans, and fuss...
Alongside this, I’ve made sure that most of the recipes include MyFitnessPal barcode scanning, I don’t want to presume that you’re tracking calories and/or macros, but if you are? Allow me to make life a little easier.
The recipes are broken down into the following sections:
• Breakfast, Brunch, Late Lunch
• Salads and Light Bites
• Main Meals
I’ve also included an example of how I’d plan meals using the book as a guideline and a handy shopping list.
