Trust me when I say that I’ve tried every diet out there, I’ve felt frustrated, and confused, and promised myself I’ll “be better tomorrow” countless times.

Therefore, when I started “Am I supposed to eat this” my objective was to help people reach their goals, to provide them with the information, support, and “tool-kit” they need to make meaningful and long-term changes.

As your coach, I’m fully committed to keeping you moving forwards towards your goal, with reassurance, problem-solving (if needs be), and regular support.

No food is off-limits; we can work together to make sure that you can enjoy everything you love on a regular basis.

Some of my clients prefer a more “accountable” approach or are looking to boost their athletic performance, I believe that your plan should be as unique as you are…

I’m all weight/body type inclusive, as for some people it isn’t about weight loss or reaching a certain number. It might be that you want more inspiration on how and what to eat? Or that you want to make a long-term lifestyle change?

Your well-being and my moral responsibility are far more important than signing up someone who requires a more specialist approach. Therefore, if you fit into any of the below categories, feel free to skip going any further.

*You’re suffering from an eating disorder – In this case, please seek professional medical assistance and I wish you the very best with your recovery.

*You’re looking for a meal plan – As I’m not a Registered Dietitian I’m not legally allowed to prescribe meal plans. I can give you plenty of meal guidance, recipes, and ideas but not a formal “this is what you should eat this week” plan.

*You’re prepping for a Bodybuilding/Bikini Show – This isn’t my area, but I’d be more than happy to re-direct you.

*You’re looking for a “Quick Fix” – Then sadly, I’m not the match for you, my approach is methodical, backed by science, and simplified for your understanding. In simple terms, it’s not just another crash diet, or lifestyle you can’t sustain, we’re building a toolbox for long-lasting results.
